Learning how to date beautiful women is one of the best goals you can have in life. There is something magical about waking up with an outrageously beautiful woman next to you.

The real key to knowing how to date beautiful women is to have rock-solid confidence in yourself, and unstoppable self-belief. You’ve truly got to know and believe that you're the shit. To know how to date beautiful women is to not doubt yourself at all.  It doesn’t matter where you are in life, what you look like, or what your level of success is - or any of that stuff.  All that matters is how much you’re willing to back yourself.

Imagine it’s a horserace; you’re one of the horses.  Would you be willing to put all your money on yourself?  Could you back yourself in the race?  Women, especially beautiful women and women who have a lot of options and guys who like them, tend to respond really well to guys with this kind of self-belief—guys who are solid as a rock. Learning how to date beautiful women is mostly about having extremely solid self-confidence.

Having this type of confidence, having this self-belief, doesn’t always have anything to do with your level of success in life.  It mostly has to do with how you think.  Self-belief is about three very important things:

•  The first one is self-talk: the stuff you say to yourself in the moment, especially when you’re anxious and you doubt yourself; when it’s difficult; when it’s hard; when it’s stressful. Mastering your own self-confidence is to learn how to deal with difficult experiences. The stuff you say to yourself when it’s hard is the stuff that’s going to make you confident. A lot of self-belief and self-confidence is simply self-talk. For me, knowing how to date beautiful women is about saying the right things to myself to make myself feel fantastic. When you see an extremely beautiful woman how do you talk to yourself?  Do you talk to yourself in a way that’s really going to help you, or in a way that’s going to hold you back?

•  Number two is to take 100% pure responsibility for your life. I’ve met a lot of guys who say they take 100% responsibility for their life, but because of the results they have achieved (or haven't), you know they don’t. If you take 100% responsibility for dating and being in a relationship with a beautiful woman, you’ll make it happen. Learning how to date beautiful women really comes down to you taking ownership for making this happen. You’re not going to want someone to help you. You’re not going to look for external assistance. You will make it happen. You will find a way. 

•  Number three: you’ve got to be your own motivational coach.You’ve got to be able to get yourself pumped up, get yourself to take action, get yourself to be a fighter.It’s kind of ironic that someone who wants to pick up beautiful women and knows that the key is self-belief is going to be searching externally for all the answers. I learned how to date beautiful women by pushing myself to talk to more women of this quality on a weekly basis.

You’ve got to be your own Tony Robbins and get yourself revved up and help yourself in the moment and be able to push yourself to do stuff you never thought you could.
